About rally

Moscow — Beijing

In 2016, after two-year break, Silk Way Rally got a second wind, when China joined the organization process, hosting the most part of racing stages and, therefore, transforming this cross-country competition into a transcontinental marathon. Unique route across Russian forests and steppes, Kazakh mountain ranges and Chinese deserts made this edition unforgettable. Overall cup in car category was won by Cyril Despres and David Castera (Peugeot Total Team), and Airat Mardeev (KAMAZ-master Team) became a champion of truck category.
